In the Italian Food Valley
We are farmers, guardians of nature, food, and culture in the province of Mantua.
We tell life stories through our wines. We aim to preserve the ancient knowledge of winemaking, demonstrating that understanding and preserving what has been is essential for a radiant future.
At the same time, we are committed to creating products that can satisfy even the most demanding consumers, providing an essential impression of the character of our land and those who safeguard it.
The Corte Pagliare Verdieri Family

MIMMA
Mimma's life is a battle against conventional agriculture in favor of organic farming.
"At a young age, she embarked on the path to become a veterinarian. However, discouraged by the 'industrial' profile of the faculty, she interrupted her studies to dedicate herself to authentic agriculture based on ecosystems and natural balances. In 1994, she took over the management of her husband Luigi's farm, initiating the journey towards developing an organic vineyard. Her determination to preserve ancient knowledge led her to actively participate in the development of Italian and European agricultural policies through political activities and the creation of communities and associations. Today, Mimma continues to lead the farm and influence the Italian agricultural sector as the Vice President of AIAB, one of the main associations for the protection of Italian organic farming, and as the founder and president of the Organic Agricultural District Casalasco Viadanese, with members throughout Italy."

LUIGI
He has his roots firmly planted in the ground.
Born to farmers, he embarked on the path to become a veterinarian before pursuing a career in public health. Always involved in the family farm, he is the true operational driving force of the business. His extensive knowledge of the territory and wine production has played a decisive role in the company's success.

STELVIO
Stelvio lives on the Island of the Gods, Bali.
After graduating, he embarked on an overseas experience that eventually led him to head the marketing and product development department for a multinational cinema company, as well as to design a wine import-export business. Despite the distance, Stelvio actively participates in the family business, periodically traveling to Italy to assist in vineyard cultivation and wine production, as well as to manage Asian markets.
