From Cows to Wine
We arrived here in 1994, after the death of Luigi's father, and the following year, I created a company with my mother-in-law Amedea Rosa, who is now ninety-three years old, and every day I have to convince her not to do household chores," Mimma recounts. "We replaced the milk cows with barrels and started, the first and only ones in the province of Mantua, to practice organic farming. In 1996, we planted a forest of native varieties, and two years later, the first vineyard with Lambrusco Viadenese and Ancellotta.

Organic Farming
Not just organic, but the protection of a small ecosystem where cultivating the complexity of nature.
Vineyard, forest, and forage cover the 25 hectares of the farm's land.

Wine Production
We believe in a natural production of our wines, guiding the grapes through a winemaking process that aims to alter the richness that the land has given us as little as possible.
We exclusively vinify grapes from our 5 hectares of vineyards; the must ferments spontaneously, and the wine undergoes neither filtration nor chemical treatments.
Production: 12,000 bottles per year.

Educational Activities
We raise awareness among schools, family groups, the elderly, and people with disabilities through educational activities and animations related to organic farming, the production of Lambrusco Mantovano Viadanese Sabbionetano, the life of hedges and ponds, as well as the herbs of the meadows.
